What's the Issue?
Locked out of an account? Lost your AppleID Password? Did all of your files mysteriously disappear off the face of the Earth? These are just a few of the issues we all experience on a nearly daily basis. Having helped many clients with problems exactly like these, I have prepared a system to facilitate the IT process.
Here's the roadmap:


Research
Before an in-person visit, I'll do research based on information given to me, enabling me to come into a job with an idea of how to start. I can also advise you on new technology purchases for your needs such as computers, televisions, printers etc.
Recommendations
After doing some preliminary research, I will suggest a next step, whether that be instructions on how to solve the problem on your own, communicating further to schedule an in-person meeting, or pointing to a different IT company to perform a task out of my scope.
Hands on Fixes
If the problem can not be addressed remotely we will find a convenient time for me to make a house call and get the problem resolved!
