I've helped many clients with problems exactly like these and have a system to diagnose the problem and get things back up and running.

REVIEW

The first step is a review of the issue at hand or project you're seeking my help with. Some issues can be resolved immediately on a call, while others will require me to move to the research phase of the process.

RESOLVE

Next I will research your issue and all the options available to solve the problem. I'll also look into hardware and/or software that could could be beneficial for your needs.

I'll reach out with a custom action plan. This may be DIY instructions to solve the problem, an in-person session, or a recommendation of an I.T. company if the issue is beyond my scope of expertise.

If the problem can not be addressed remotely, we will schedule a convenient time for an on-site visit where I will resolve the issue or get the project completed at your home.
